By downloading, installing, or using GLK Expert ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Mimmiu ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of GLK Expert.
2. Description of Service
GLK Expert is an AI-powered assistant designed to provide information about Mercedes-Benz GLK (X204) vehicles from 2010-2015. The App:
- Provides troubleshooting guidance based on the official GLK manual
- Answers questions about vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs
- Offers general automotive information and advice
The App uses Dana AI technology to process your questions and generate responses based on GLK documentation.

GLK Expert is NOT a substitute for professional mechanical diagnosis or repair. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified mechanic for:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

Free Tier
The free tier includes:
- 3 conversations
- 20 questions total
- All basic features
Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are available as:
- Monthly: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Annual: Billed yearly, best value
- Lifetime: One-time purchase, never expires
Billing
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase and request a refund
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to:
- App design, code, and user interface
- GLK Expert name and branding
- AI-generated responses
Is the property of Mimmiu or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Mercedes-Benz, GLK, and related trademarks are property of Daimler AG. GLK Expert is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mercedes-Benz or Daimler AG.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- We are not liable for any vehicle damage, personal injury, or death
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mimmiu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any repairs or modifications you make based on App information
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time
- Modify or discontinue the App without notice
- Remove or modify any content or features
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time:
- We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top
- Material changes will be notified through the App
- Continued use after changes means acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, stop using the App
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
