Premium unlocks unlimited conversations and questions. You can choose from monthly ($3.99/month), annual ($29.99/year - save 37%), or lifetime ($59.99 one-time) options.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open GLK Expert, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase Premium.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. All conversations are stored locally on your device. You can delete individual conversations or clear all data in Settings > Clear All Data.

Does GLK Expert work offline?

No, an internet connection is required. GLK Expert uses Dana Enterprise AI to provide answers, which requires an active internet connection.

Can I share conversations?

Yes! You can share individual conversations via the share sheet, or export them as text. This is useful for sharing troubleshooting steps with your mechanic.

What iOS version do I need?

GLK Expert requires iOS 17.0 or later. It's optimized for iPhone and works best on iPhone 12 and newer models.

Will you add support for other Mercedes models?

We're exploring multi-vehicle support. Currently, GLK Expert is specialized for the GLK X204. Check our roadmap for future vehicle support.
